What makes me to scrutiny a movie?
It's not that the movie is re-maked/copied/inspired. Its that the director of the movie. When he speaks too much about the movie claiming that its his own idea to the general public in TV show, promotions, etc... And the ultimate fact is that they present that movies to the Awards ceremony world wide (and win some awards too :-)). Why can't they just add a line "inspired from the ______". If it is done then the movie talker like us, will never talk about the movie(may be ;-)). So after my first scrutiny about the movie "Velayudham" i was a bit low, not that there are no films to scrutiny the fact is there are more.. So soon will be with another movie, And i am having a idea to scrutiny about the music directors which is happening always.

Scrutiny - Velayudham the movie

As I scrutiny around the Tamil movies. The first one caught my eye is the Movie "Velayudham" which is in making stage. Because the posters and photo-shoot of the movie clearly says that its a copy from "Assassins Creeds" The Game. I hope they doesn't copy story also, because as a die hard fan of "Assassins Creed". I never want it too, hope the assassin creed fans agree with me.
The Director of the film is jayam raja, He usually remake movies from other languages in Tamil. what made me to post this is that in an interview he stated that its his own stories. How can he be so dumb does he thought that no one plays games here (we are hard core gamers man).
From the sources and news around its meant to be a super hero kind of story (or) of robin-hood kind. with more or less matches the assassin story.
The costume is one thing i need to talk about, assassin creed costume is one of the best around. but while looking at the costumes vijay's wearing it is the worst replica. The sword oh my god!!!!!

Copying and inspiring are two different terms hope this is just an inspiration from the Game. But as if its just an inspiration from the game its not upto the mark in my point of view.
As the last film of vijay Kaavalan was doing good. Hope this movie will also do well beside all this copying issues.
